General Questions
Are you a real manufacturer or a reseller?
We are a real manufacturer. We own our production floor and handle cutting, stitching, embroidery, chenille patch production, and finishing in-house. We're not a middleman or a reseller. You work directly with our team from start to finish.
Where are you located?
We're based in Sialkot, Pakistan — a city known for premium textile and leather manufacturing. We ship worldwide, including all 50 US states, Canada, the UK, Europe, and Australia.
How long have you been making jackets?
Our domain has been active since 2022, and our team has years of experience manufacturing custom outerwear. We work with schools, teams, brands, and individuals across the USA, UK, and worldwide.
Do you work with individual customers or only bulk orders?
Both. We work with individuals who want one custom jacket, and we also handle bulk orders for schools, teams, and brands. Our $225 sample service is perfect if you only need one jacket.
Products & Customization
What types of jackets do you manufacture?
We manufacture classic letterman jackets, varsity jackets, leather sleeve jackets, team jackets, school and college jackets, hooded varsity jackets, oversized streetwear varsity jackets, satin jackets, and cropped jackets for women. All fully customizable.
What materials do you use?
We use 24oz and 32oz Melton wool for the body, full-grain cowhide leather or premium vinyl for sleeves, and quilted, satin, or fleece linings. Cotton twill and satin options are also available for lighter jackets.
Can I fully customize my jacket?
Yes. Every element is made to order — body and sleeve materials, colors, ribbing patterns, snaps, linings, embroidery, chenille patches, lettering, names, numbers, and back artwork. Nothing is pulled from a fixed catalogue.
Can you match our school or team colors exactly?
Yes. Send us a Pantone code or a reference image. We match colors precisely using our yarn and fabric library. Consistent color matching across the entire run is guaranteed.
Can you add chenille patches, names, and numbers?
Yes. We manufacture chenille letters and logos, plus custom name and number patches. We also offer direct embroidery, woven patches, appliqué, and leather patches. All based on your artwork.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from 2XS to 4XL. Made-to-measure sizing is also available for teams and individuals who need a custom fit. Just provide your measurements.
Pricing & Minimum Order
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is 25 pieces per style for bulk orders. For single jacket orders, we offer a sample development service for $225. There is no traditional minimum order for samples.
How much do custom jackets cost?
Wholesale pricing starts at $190 per jacket for 25 pieces with synthetic leather sleeves. Genuine leather sleeves start at $192 per jacket. Bulk discounts are available for 50+ pieces. All prices include DDP shipping.
What is the cost of a sample jacket?
The sample development fee is $225. This includes one fully customized sample jacket and your logo vector files. Sample development takes 5–7 days, plus shipping.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Yes. Bulk discounts start at 50+ pieces. For orders above 45 pieces, contact us for custom wholesale pricing. The more you order, the better the per-jacket price.
Do you require a deposit?
For bulk orders, we typically require a deposit to begin production. The exact terms are confirmed in your quote. Sample orders are paid upfront.
Ordering & Process
How do I place an order?
Send us your design brief, logo, colors, and size breakdown through our quote form. We'll respond with a digital mockup and full pricing within one business day.
Do I need a finished tech pack to order?
No. A finished tech pack isn't required. Send us a sketch, a logo file, or even a reference image. Our design team will build the specification with you and create a digital mockup.
How long does a sample take?
Sample development typically takes 5–7 days, depending on customization. Add shipping time for delivery to your address.
How long does bulk production take?
Bulk production typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on order size, materials, and customization. We'll confirm the exact timeline in your quote.
What file formats do you accept for logos and artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, and JPG files up to 20MB. Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF) give the best results for embroidery and patches. If you only have a screenshot, send it — we'll work with it.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. We ship DDP worldwide, including all 50 US states. Shipping, customs, and import taxes are all included in the quoted price. No hidden fees.
What does DDP shipping mean?
DDP stands for Delivered Duty Paid. It means the price you pay includes shipping, customs clearance, import duties, and taxes. Your order arrives at your door with no extra charges.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping typically takes 3–7 days after production is complete. Delivery time depends on your location. All orders include tracking.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order includes tracked shipping. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Private Label & OEM
Do you offer private label jackets?
Yes. We produce private label varsity jackets with your brand name on the neck label, hangtag, and packaging. Your brand identity is present in every detail.
Do you offer OEM manufacturing?
Yes. We offer full OEM manufacturing for clothing brands and fashion labels. You provide the design and branding — we handle production, packaging, and shipping.
Can you add our brand labels and hangtags?
Yes. We offer woven neck labels, printed care labels, brand labels, custom hangtags, and custom packaging. Everything is produced to your design.
Can you supply blank varsity jackets for printing?
Yes. We supply blank varsity jackets in bulk for printing, embroidery, and promotional use. Available in multiple colors, materials, and constructions.
Quality & Returns
What quality checks do you perform?
Every jacket passes a multi-point inspection covering garment measurements, stitching, sleeve attachment, rib trim, closures, pocket construction, patch placement, branding details, and overall finish.
What happens if I don't like the sample?
We work with you to revise the sample until it meets your expectations. Nothing goes into bulk production until you approve it. Your satisfaction is our priority.
What if there's a problem with my bulk order?
Contact us immediately. If there's a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we'll fix it or remake the affected jackets. We stand behind our work.
