Design Brief & Consultation
Share your design concept, sketches, reference images, and target price point. Our team reviews feasibility and recommends materials and construction methods.

Digital Mockup (24–48 Hours)
We create a digital mockup of your jacket showing colors, materials, logo placement, and branding details. You review and request changes until the design is approved.

Sample Development ($250)
We produce one physical sample jacket with your branding, including custom neck labels and hang tags. Sample development takes 7–10 days. This fee covers materials, labor, and your logo vector files.

Bulk Production (6–8 Weeks)
Once the sample is approved, we begin bulk manufacturing. Production time depends on order size and complexity — typically 6 to 8 weeks for full runs.

Quality Control & Shipping
Every jacket passes a multi-point quality inspection before packing. We ship DDP to your location with tracked freight.

Sample Development: $250 (includes one custom sample jacket and your logo vector files)
Shipping: All prices are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Shipping, import duties, and taxes are included in the quoted price.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I completely customize my jacket?
Yes. Every element is made to order — body and sleeve materials, colors, ribbing patterns, snaps, linings, embroidery, patches, lettering and back artwork. Nothing is pulled from a fixed catalogue.
Can I send my own logo or artwork?
Absolutely. Send vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) where possible, or high-resolution images. Our design team will redraw artwork for embroidery or chenille production at no extra cost.
What materials are available?
Melton wool, genuine and premium leather, cotton twill, satin, custom knit ribbing and a range of quilted, satin and fleece linings.
Can you make jackets for teams?
Yes. Team orders include individual names, numbers and size runs, all produced to one consistent specification and color match.
Can you produce school or university jackets?
Yes. We work with schools, colleges and universities on award jackets, graduation years, mascots and brand-guide color matching.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For bulk wholesale orders, the minimum is 25 jackets. We also offer sample development for $225 if you want to see the quality before placing a bulk order. For single-piece orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Can I order one custom jacket?
We specialize in bulk orders (25+ jackets), but we can produce a single sample jacket for $225. This includes full custom sample production and complete logo vector files. If you are satisfied with the sample, you can then place a bulk order.
